Executive Chef, Lee Gustin, has been in the industry for more than 35 years. His culinary skills have been showcased everywhere from country clubs to sporting venues, including our own St. Louis Blues.
Chef Lee and our culinary team will focus on a farm-to-fork menu that takes multi-cultural flavors and gives them a St. Louis flair. The menu features plenty of locally sourced items and of course, a wide variety of steaks and chops seared to perfection.
With over 25 craft beers on tap, a 50 item wine list and unique signature cocktail menu, we are bound to become your new favorite happy hour location. Our Hospitality Director and Bar Manager are focused on artisan quality. We squeeze our citrus juices in house and create our syrups and mixers.
