Cork & Barrel Chop House and Spirits Opening in St. Peters This Fall

When Cork & Barrel Chop House and Spirits opens in St. Peters late this fall, it will be the first restaurant in Missouri to grill meat using Big Green Egg kamado-style cookers. The restaurant, located at 7337 Mexico Road, says it will use the Japanese-inspired, egg-shaped ceramic cookers to prepare steak, pork chops and more.
